By accessing the Website or submitting a franchise enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Nature of Our Service

The Website provides general information about AKTICON's medical store franchise opportunities, including the ₹10 Lakh Own & Run plan and the ₹25 Lakh Fully Managed plan, indicative pricing, and the application process.

The Website is informational only and does not itself constitute a franchise offer, agreement, or binding commitment by AKTICON. Submitting an enquiry or application through this Website is an expression of interest only. A franchise relationship comes into existence only when both parties sign a formal Franchise Agreement / Term Sheet, whose terms will govern the relationship and will prevail over any description on this Website in case of conflict.

3. Eligibility

To submit a franchise application or use our forms, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872
  • Are providing accurate, current, and complete information

  • No franchise relationship, exclusivity, or territorial right is created until a formal Franchise Agreement / Term Sheet is signed by both parties

5. Fees, Pricing & Payments

The ₹10 Lakh and ₹25 Lakh figures shown on the Website are indicative starting investment amounts based on our standard package at the time of publishing. Exact pricing, payment schedule, applicable taxes (including GST), and inclusions are confirmed only in the Term Sheet issued to you individually, and may vary based on location, store size, and prevailing terms at the time of signing.

6. Refunds & Cancellation

Refunds and cancellation are governed entirely by the Term Sheet / Franchise Agreement you sign with AKTICON, not by a blanket policy on this Website. Please read the refund and cancellation clauses in your Term Sheet carefully before making any payment, and raise any questions with our team beforehand.

This Website does not itself process any payment. Any amount paid toward a franchise investment is paid directly under the terms agreed in your individual Term Sheet / Franchise Agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including the AKTICON name and logo, text, graphics, images, videos, and layout — is the property of AKTICON LABORATORIES PVT. LTD. or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of this Website without our prior written consent.
